 Saw the ad for this steam iron on facebook and ordered through the link on their site which took me to ellysworld.com where I placed the order and paid by credit card, I received an email confirmation telling me my order would be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks when I went to check the status of my order it says the stores no longer available

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
