Elly's World Ordered a steam straightener through an add on facbook. They charged my account for 49.97 and said i would receive the product within 6 weeks. I have still not received my item and it has been 7 weeks. Try to email them and get no response and also tried to call them via a customer service number and cannot find one. I also go to the website with the confirmation number and the site is no longer available. "HOW CONVENIENT" Internet

Ordered a steam straightener through an add on facbook. They charged my account for 49.97 and said i would receive the product within 6 weeks. I have still not received my item and it has been 7 weeks. Try to email them and get no response and also tried to call them via a customer service number and cannot find one. I also go to the website with the confirmation number and the site is no longer available. "HOW CONVENIENT" This is totally unacceptable and it is a scam. If someone can contact me or post a contact number on how to reach this company. It would be greatly appreciated.

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
