On August 2nd 2017 I orded a staightener with them from FaceBook and $49.97 was draffted out of my account and I never received it yet. I tried to contact the email that was given support@ellysworld.com and never got a respond back.

Elly's World Well I ordered a flat iron from them that they advertised on Facebook. They had a special for $49.99. I ordered this in August and supposed if received email saying when I will receive my package, but never received that confirmation. Only thing I received was a confirmation that I paid for it and order number. It did say will take 4 to 6 weeks. Never received and they took my money. I did emailed them last week to find out why I haven't received my package and haven't received a call or email. I told them that if they couldn't send me my flat iron that I wanted my money back. Is being advertised on Facebook Internet
