In strolling through Facebook, I saw an ad for a flat iron hair product that uses steam on July 31, 2017. So i order it and received the below confirmation:

As of today, I have not received the item which was $49.97. When I go the link for visit our store it states that the store is not available. I have also emailed them with no response.
