 I ordered this hair steamer straightener and they immediately took my money out of my account, but the product wasn't going to ship for 4-6 weeks. Normally, the funds should not be taken out of your account until the product ships. Anyway, I sent them two emails at the only email address that they provide for support...both were ignored. In one of those emails, I demanded my money back, but they never did. I never received the product and contacted my bank to file a claim. I am hoping they approve my claim and my money is returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEIR ADD APPEARS ON FACEBOOK, BUT DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THESE SCAMMERS!
