Ellysworld I bought a straightner for 49.97 it was supposed to be half off..I purchased this, they said it would take 6 weeks. They took out the money right away..They sent me a Thank you email and receipt..I just recently checked to find out if it was on it's way. Found out they no longer exist, and they haven't sent anything to informed me of my item..So I lost 49.97..I want my money back..I live on Social Security,and I had bought this for my granddaughter..I buy all the time, and this is the first time I have been rip-off!! Internet

I bought a straightner for $49.97 it was advertised being 50% off retail price..I bought this online, they said it would take 6 weeks. They took the money out of my bank account.

They then sent me a Thank you receipt.My order # 12617. They said they were getting my order to be shipped..for me to give it 4-6 weeks for delivery..That was Aug 2, 2017..Today is Sept 17,2017..I haven't gotten any response from them about my order since the day I ordered.

So I clicked on the email button that said "view your order" or "view our store". It took me to a website called Spotify.com..it said "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable".

So now I don't have my product, or the return of my money.. I want my money back...

Elly's World has changed it's name to Belladonna.. Ellysworld.com I ordered a hair straightener/flat iron and received confirmation that it would be at my place within 6 weeks. I followed up after 6 weeks and have not heard back from the store. Also the store now seems to be closed. I paid for the product so these bandits have run off with my money! Internet

Ellys World I ordered a steam flat iron from ellysworld.com advertised on facebook and on the internet in early September for 49.99. I received a confirmation, and told i wpukd receive it in4- 6 weeks and I never received it. I wrnt to the website and it said it no longer exsists. Then I emailed them as direcred on my confirmation and they said it should be here in a few weeks. I m evervreceived it. I emailed again and to this date have yet to here back from them. Internet

Ellys World August 3rd I placed an order through facebook to Ellysworld for a pair of flat irons and received an confirmation email from Ellys World August 8th stating they received my payment and to give my item 4-6weeks to arrive. But it's now been 8weeks and I STILL have NOT received ANYTHING. I've tried numerous times to check my order from the email they sent me but it just keep saying, Sorry this page is no longer available and have been saying since they sent the email to me August 8th. ...Leaving no other way to contact them. I'm very upset and disappointed concerning my experience of my order with them. I WANT them caught and MY entire $49.97 refunded back to me! Internet
