Elmo's Learning Adventure Continued to bill after cancellation PA

I cancelled subscription to Elmo's Learning Adventure.  We left to go back home to be with a dying friend, and came home to find 4 book bundles.  It's not a monthly service, it's once every 2-3 weeks at about $25 each. I "return to sender" all of them.  When another shipment arrived, I called, asked why it wasn't' cancelled, etc, they said, well another shipment just went out, so we'll bill you for that and was shamed for cancelling AGAIN!  I said, I haven't been refunded for the books sent after I cancelled and sent back.  The operator informed me, they had not received any books and even if they did, they legally had up to 150 days to refund my account. No refund as of yet, 3 months later for the 6 sets of unwanted books.
