After numerous emails sent through their customer service website (http://www.emarketresearchgroup.com/cs/) got no response, I tracked down the phone number here on RipOff Report and left a voice mail. The next day I received an email saying that I had qualified for the promised item (apple 40 gB iPod) by responding to the required number of offers (6) and it would be mailed shortly. I never received anything. I left mesages several times with no response. In June 2005, I called them again and got someone on the phone who said he would leave a message for their "prize fulfillment desk"; the man refused to give me his full name.

I have never received the merchandise and was never contacted by them again.
