emarket411 threated to take money out of my bank account if I did not pay them. Internet

In 2010 I agreed to purchase 1 year subscription to their internet marketing service. The company called again 2011 regarding a 2nd year of service and stated that I agreed.  I did not agree but paid for another year anyways......very big mistake!!.  I told them to send me an invoice and letter stating I paid for this 2nd year and to cancel after this year with no additional charge which they did.  I got a call again this year 2012 for another year of service and Customer Service Carmen stated I agree to 3 years of service.  I told her I did not and I had a letter from them stated there will be no more billing and the service would be canceled.  She continues to constantly call me and my wife and threaten to take the money out of my checking account because she has that information from the last order.  Please do not fall under their trap and do not agree to anything they do not honor their word and harass for more money.
