EMC Mortage Will Screw Up Your CREDIT Reports ripoff Irvine Texas

Washington Mutual sold my (2nd) note to EMC Mortage. I never got notified by EMC. (I did by WAMU). I immideatly refinanced out of them (unfortunaly by a different preditory lender), but I heard about Texas loans.
They REFUSED to show they were paid. They REFUSED to put on my credit bureaus that they bought the loan, (making the breaus appear as if a "transferred" loan went to ??..still looking as if an account is open..affecting my scores). After many calls and attorney threats, and months, I finally got them to release my note, BUT never got it reported on the bureaus. (it also took me several months to get ESCROW overpayment back), much after the legal time frames. (AGAIN, another Co saying.. "your not in our system yet").
