EMC Mortgage Co. EMC not repoting payments to credit bureau Irving Texas

18 Months ago my mortgage company went under and subsequently sold the mortgage to EMC Mortgage od Irving Texas. I was duped into a variable rate mortgage in which payments are now 1300.00 a month on a 100,000. I have been up to date and in good standing since they have taken over my mortgage. I had recently inquired about refinancing and upon doing a credit check it was discovered that EMC has not reported my ontime payments since from the time they took over the mortgage. At this time I dont have a credit score as far as the credit bureau is concerned and I am being held hostage in this hi rate mortgage. I have reported a dispute to BBB. Who else can I report to. I would like them to update my credit file and show I have been on time for the past 18 months so I at least have a chance to get out of this legal loan sharking.
