They will not return my calls about my loan, they are Rude & they will not corporate with my bank that I am trying to refinance the loan from the DEVIL (EMC). They are the worst, most unprofessional company I have ever seen, I do not see how these people can sleep at night knowing that we are screwing up familys and lives!

I hope that American's will band together and lets do Justus. (Supreme Court)!

EMC Mortgage Corp. This company has lead my parents astray for about 2 years now. The interest goes up monthly and when they fall behind they say they want to work out a lower payment. The new payment is a negative am Refinancing to eventually get you into a negative amorization loan that grows debt and continues to raise interest rates. Whittier, California

EMC MORTGAGE CORP They have been receiving my payments stating that they have not. When I receive the customer activity statements they show my payment. When they received the assignment 12-12-95 there was additional money added on to the original amount sent from the other servicer which was hud. They submitted twenty one thousand from what I had a record of and Emc said I owed $25,377.75 not the case. Ripoff Lewisville Texas
