EMC Mortgage Corp ripoff claimed escrow to low, increased mortgage pymts, now an overpayment and no refund Irving Texas

I bought my home in August 2003,in October 2004 my mortgage was bought by EMC Mortgage Corp in Irving Tx. I have had nothing but problems since then. Around January or February 2005, I was informed by the company, I didn't have enough money in my escrow and they would have to increase my payments in order to have enough to pay taxes and insurance. I argued with them about this but it it was useless..

I received recently a statement from them that I am overpaid in the sum of $1749.+ in my escrow account.
This passed October due to family problems and husband leaving I only sent in the amount of principal and interest on my mortgage I didn't include the escrow payment of $184.91. They have this money out in suspense,

The November payment i paid the full amount, they applied it to october, they say, because i didn't send in enough for the october payment, when they receive it, it will be applied. On January 03,06, I called EMC to let them know i was mailing them my December payment and the escrow of 184.91 for October, this would get me current, they talked me into doing a check by phone (in which they charge you 9.95 to do this)the total was supposed to be 1255.36, I would be caught up and due only for January,and if I wanted to make my january payment from this escrow balance she could do that and send me the balance left over, well this didn't happen, i found out a few days ago after the 16th (in which late charges apply) they only did the check by phone in the amount of my monthly payment they did not include what i told them and they applied this for the november payment, THIS WAS MY DECEMBER PYMT, I AM ONLY DUE FOR THE JANUARY PAYMENT now i am late for january and i still do not have my refund and according to them i want get it until i am current and stay current.

In October I had an opportunity to get a streamline refinance to lower the interest rate & payments, I paid up front at closing $1945. for FHA Mortgage insurance I found out I do not have this insurance I faxed a letter to EMC along with my contract showing I paid this amount for this insurance and i am requesting a refund of 1945. because i don't have the FHA INSURANCE I PAID IN FULL FOR. I still have not got a response about this either. I pray this company gets brought down for the fraudulent actions they do and they have to pay back every single person they have ripped off. I hope some body in the NAME OF JESUS can do something about this company and we can get our money back. I want to sue them for all pain and suffering and anguish they have put me through they need to be out out of business. Please respond. I am very depressed.
