EMC Mortgage Corp. This company has lead my parents astray for about 2 years now. The interest goes up monthly and when they fall behind they say they want to work out a lower payment. The new payment is a negative am Refinancing to eventually get you into a negative amorization loan that grows debt and continues to raise interest rates. Whittier, California

EMC has been leading my parents (in their 80's now) astray for about 2 years.  Thought company was going to work with my parents who are on a fixed income but after getting involved last year found out they were in a negative amortization loan.  They seeked help from a lawyer who promised a loan modification but I now believe he is no better than EMC.  They have you make some initial low payments just to hike them back up saying if you don't keep up they will foreclose your home.  I am trying to contact every consumer agencies out there.  Where is the Obama modification site to possible report this company?  After searching your site it seems there are quite a few people this company is ripping off and ruining their livelihood as well as my parent's golden years.  If anybody knows any other agencies that can do something to put these kinds of businesses out please reply
