Emc Mortgage corporation is full of fraud.
There are many different things they are doing to claim people owe them money.

I was so happy when I found a website just the other day, It's helped me alot so far.

I've learned that I needed to contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

Contact the STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL (for my state)
Contact the the STATE Banking and FINANCE division
Contact the Housing of Development Authority AKA HUD

I've learned how to write a RESPA letter.
I've learned that I needed to contact the Dallas Better Business Bureau.

It's a great site, just like this one.
it's got some helpful tips on page 17 and 18 with some phone #'s of all the people mentioned above.

There is also a class action law suit going on right now and that attorneys name is on that web site too. but page 17 and 18 are really helpful for you. so you can learn how to beat this company.

you must call the Federal Trade Commission immediately, as they are currently investigating EMC and that investigation is coming to an end Very soon.
