EMC MORTGAGE SETUP FOR FAILURE IRVING Texas

we are also victims of EMC. we started out w/ a payment of 476.70 and we did fall behind because of a layoff. i called EMC to make arrangements spoke w/ a girl named Yannilli she set up a payment plan w/ me of 600.00 a month to get us back on track. She faxed me at work all the paperwork I brought it home for my husband to sign and my self two days later i faxed it back she then called me and said my husband needed to sign a release because I was not on the loan so she should have never made the arrangements w/ me to begin with.

A month and a half later I called then to see about this remod. loan and was told they could not speak w/ me because I was not on the loan even though I am the one who setup the arrangements to begin with and again my husband siged a release two days later. I was told they still did not receive it. This is now June and we again faxed another release with all required info to lower our payment (476.70) originally.

OH but no our payment is NOW 801.00 a month because EMC paid the taxes on the home. Our home was not up for tax sale! The tax was not the issue it's EMC. No one ever called us I called them to get the run around and the suggestion I got was to sell our home, put it up for sale!!! My husband and I always worked and do the best we can to pay bills, these people just want our homes!! Why I am not sure bail out $, goverment funds?? By foreclosing on our homes they are getting something!!!

I will not go down lightly,I will be their worst nightmare!! EMC get it together I am filing a complaint w/ the PA Attorney General, Consumer Protection and the Banking Commision. And as for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT lets go where do I sign. You see something is VERY FRAUDULENT here, surely this company is not following state laws or any laws. Furthermore so far that I have read about EMC in this report could not be truer!!! I have experienced exactly the same response,rudeness, no calls, never the same person twice and now they want my home!!!
