I had seen an ad Emerald Lux  (electronic cigarette) the advertisement said Free kit just pay for shipping. 14 day trial. So I got having MCTD and many other issues with my immune system and am looking for ways to quit smoking with less stress on my body. 14 days later I get an insufficient funds letter in mail from back and seen that Emerald lux took 114.00 out of my account then 30 days later I seen another 74.95 taken out. This company says free just pay for shipping they won't take anything back not even item I just got two days ago that I haven't open they said trial ended 14 days ended after I pd for shipping.. this same electronic cigarette I can get at any mini market, gas station for 10.00.. they are nothing but scammers. Stay away . I am taken this as far as I am able .misleading and fraudulent on credit card charges..

 Yet again the American Consumer sees ONLY what THEY want to see. Remember when YOU entered in YOUR payment information? Remember when that window popped up with the terms and conditions? Remember when YOU clicked "I Agree"? When you did that YOU AGREED to everything that is currently happening to you. YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF!!!!!! YOU DID NOT READ!!!! Oh Im sure you CAN read, but YOU CHOSE NOT TO!!!!! Had you read the terms and conditions of the offer YOU would have seen all this for yourself. The company in question has ONLY done what YOU told them they could do and NOTHING MORE!!!! Perhaps YOU should either just stay off the web OR be MORE ATTENTIVE in the future.

Emerald Lux I found Emerald Lux on a paying survey the only thing the advertisement said on the Emerald Lux site said is pay 4.95 for a starter kit it did't say anything about a trial offer and taking out any money from my account. The next thing I know they charged me 114.95 I called my bank right because I didn't know what the 114.95 was for they told me it was from Emerald Lux I never authorized anything except for the 4.95 for a starter kit. I cancelled my card the moment I called my dispute is still going on a month later San Fernando California
