eMerchant Club SmartLiving Company Emerchant Club Rip Off-Not rankable-No amount of marketing can NO help semi valley Internet

I purchased a webstore from Emerchant Club and it looked nice (my own looked better).  The problem came when I could not get it ranked.  Come to find out it is a replicated site and not rankable in google.  No amount of marketing helped.  Nor did the countless number of hours I spent trying to fix the search engine optimization or keyword placement. 

I did however rank my page that I made and put on my webstore.  It ranked on the first page of google. However, TCL BBS Online webstore never ranked.  I did all sorts of marketing and nothing helped.  The problem is, its so replicated (duplicated) that no amount of work that you do will make it a profitable site.  Emerchant Club Misrepresents this product.  They say that you will make all kinds of money when n reality they know it wont bring you in much of anything. 

I lost approx $500 just in the purchase of the site.  Then another $20 a month on hosting fee , I attempted to close the account after realizing I was not going to make any money to cover the costs, (I did their "2-STEP" cancellance policy, and they insisted that I do an upgrade, I never agreed to), and just received a collection notice that I still owe almost $400 for hosting fees, even though I had cancelled the site and account.

I was smart enough not to purchase a lot of merchandise or catalogs that I did not need.  I did purchase merchandise for a flea market and since half of the flea markets I sat up in were selling the SAME thing, I could make no money.  They also prohibit your interacting with anyother webstore purchaser or they can sue you. 

They also make it where you cannot make a class action suit against them, as far as I know.  If I am wrong about this please , some lawyer let me know.  I am willing to be a member of a class action suit agains Emerchant Club.  I have had an account with SMC (now known as SmartLiving) in 1982.  Thats why I purchased the webstore from Emerchant Club in the first place
