It's bad enough this company charges an outrageous interest rate of 29.99% but then if you want to pay your bill on line they want to charge you $9.95 to do it and if you call them to pay if you know your payment will be late they charge you! This is the worst company. If I had know Providian was this type of company I NEVER would have accepted this card. It will take forever to pay this thing off unless I get a loan at a lower rate to pay it off.
