Empire Covers Return Policy is Worthless 30 days. How can you evaluate a car cover in 30 days? Henderson Internet

I purchased 3 American Armor Car covers which have a 10 year warranty 1 year ago. I have one of each cover in different locations, one in Hawaii, one in Los Angeles California and the other in Oregon (all in the airline employee parking lot).  The Hawaii and California covers are exposed to the elements, Sun (lots of it) and Rain (more so in Hawaii).  These covers are made of Tyvek and DO NOT Hold up under Sun/Rain conditions as advertised.  After one year both the Hawaii and California covers have torn apart.  Empire Covers does not make these covers, they are made by Budge Industries @ budgeindustries.com.  Once the 30 day return policy has expired Empire Covers is out of the picture, they refer you to budge.  To be fair Budge will replace the covers, but I want something that will last!  I have owned RVs, boats and airplanes and fly as a pilot for a major airline, these covers don't hold up to the elements.  Get Canvas.
