Empire Flooring Will Not Warranty Product Nashville Tennessee

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- Contacted empire on a flooring issue we were having. Empire did not even want to come out and look at it had to force them too. Call back a day later and stated was not warranted. So they called in there so called 3rd party. The 3rd party came out and said we are cleaning the floors the wrong way. And guess what they are not under warranty. Guess they know more than the Bona ( the floor cleaner) there guy even said this is what they suggest. I will make sure I never get my 7,500 dollars again!!
