 I bought flooring for my condo They called and rescheduled a couple of times They came laid my flooring ....used white quarter round on very dark wood Didn't have enough material to finish the job Broke my broom Used my trash can for their trash Used one of my bath towels to clean up their mess The transition strips are popping up Called the sales rep....she had quit because of their shady customer service I called and emailed Empire several times with no response And I'm sure they over charged me because I'm a woman and a widow ...they probably thought I didn't know any better
