Empire Hyundai ripoff lying false advertising thieves Fall River Massachusetts

We saw an add in a newspaper for a Huge Presidents day "Mid-night Madness" sale. Noone is turned away no matter how there credit may seem. We found exactly what we wanted, a Ford Expedition. We were guaranteed a loan on the spot no problem! They gave us the keys and off we went. they cashed our check for tax, title and registration and we thought we were good to go. Two weeks later we get a call saying we need a co-signer or no deal. We say forget it and we want our car back. We get our car back with no gas in it (it had a full tank when we got there) and an extra 600 miles put on it. Also they can't refund our money right away because they're not sure if they cashed the check yet? Even though our bank said they have. I wouldn't waste my time taking the ride to Empire Hyundai unless you want to be taken for a ride in something other than an automobile.
