Had carpet installed by Empire about 3 years ago not even a year later all the fibers started to come out so had someone come and they claimed that it was a manufactures disfuntion. now it's doing it again. once again they came and this time they came up with a new story claiming that water is causing it refusing to repair even though I have a 20 year warranty. they are the worst company ever they even had the nerve to offer me a discount on having the carpet replaced stay away from them they are horrible
