The salesman showed up and ripped on the laminate we had in the kids play area and said how their laminate is higher quality. One day after Empire installed laminate in our kitchen, one of the boards chipped. They came out and replaced it, but now it looks like another one is about to do the same thing. On top of that, it scratches really easy.

We have a plastic garbage can, and it scratched the floor on the first day. We have small kids and have to keep their toys off the floors for fear of scratching it. Meanwhile, that play room floor the salesman made fun off is still in great shape after years of abuse by our kids. For the amount of money we spent, the materials are extremely low quality. I will make sure no one I know gets floors from there.
