 First, I'd just like to say this is the worst experience I've ever had in 36 years of being a consumer. This company is the epitome of corporate greed and outsourcing. The "customer service" representatives don't even speak enough English to answer questions, they just repeat the same thing over and over as if they're reading it from an index card. I placed an order on 12/31/16. I received an invoice that looked legit, telling me how much my payments would be, and that my items would be delivered in 3-5 days. After that I never received any information..no tracking number, shipping notice, anything. Furthermore, no sort of payment was taken out of my checking account. I have literally called every day, only to be given the answer "We are waiting on the ACH to clear with your bank." Let's not forget that their "customer service" department is a collection department. If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is. When I contacted my bank, they said they hadn't received any sort of request for an ACH. I can't get an answer as to if/when I will receive the items that I'm paying 3 times the retail value for., or when and how much they plan to take out of my account. Let's face it, this place is just another evil entity feeding off of people who are broke and burying them deeper in debt. I'm fine with getting screwed over, this is America and I'm used to that. But I want information pertaining to how I'm getting screwed over to be available and in clear English.

 I emailed your escalations department only to receive an email stating that shipment of my order is delayed. The email says my order is expected to ship in 3-5 days, which I know is a lie, because your billing department doesn't even have record of me or my info in their system. I will continue to file reports against you and contact the BBB if necessary. This is a terrible way to run a business. Send me my items!!
