 Well i have been in the Army for 20 plus years and i have been away for awhile. I wanted my family to have a great christmas i thought i found a way to have that christmas. Yep through Emporium. Being in the military many times over the years i have been gone for many holiday BC of my commitment to the country i love. I first placed my initial order on Dec 1st 2016 after placing my order and paying the first payment we discovered i bought 2 laptops instead of one. I called Emporium CS Dept trying to remove the extra lass ptop.

Three days later when i checked my account it told me my whole order was canceled. I again called CS. They started spinning me around avoiding questions. When i ask to speak to a supervisor they told me they did not have one.WARNING FLAG #1 they said nothing about my monies i had paid to them.when i asked about my monies they told me that they would send me a check. I asked them why tbey could not reinstate my monies back onto my CC. They said they could not put monies back on mt CC. WARNING FLAG #2. So my nightmare began. Everyone who works at Emporium is indian they can hardly speak english. They like to put you on hold forever and then they say the same thing over and over again that they would esculate my problem. This went on until Dec 20th.

After christmas when my childrens christmas was destroyed. Now my children have XBOX ONE games With no XBOX ONE. BC of Emporium. It makes me sick to think they do this to so many ppl. On the 2nd of Jan i placed another order to replace the one that did not come. Again, against better judgement i reorderd my list. Now it is the end of January. And still nothing. Feeling this was a scam. I notified my back to stop any transactions through Emporium or Pacific Credit Group. You know i went overseas to help protect our way of life here in the US and the terrorists are here in our back yard.. They go by the name of EMPORIUM.

Really we keep getting hung up on!!!!

 I find it so funny how quick EMPORIUM CS keeps hanging up on my wife. All she needs to say is her name and tbey hang up. And even more amazing is how a huge company has CS ISSUES. And i keep getting the same four ppl. What are the odds of that. They are NORI DANIEL, JC, and Helen. As big as as a company thay have either way to many NORIs JCs, and Helens and Daniels. Or the ppl are the only ones who actually work to provide us great service.

They have all escalated my issues at least 10 times. And tonight i guess i got a rebuttal from the PRESIDENT of EMPORIUM Personally sending me a canned computer rebuttal. The same one i received yesterday. LOL. If the CS department actually escalated my issues from day one wouldn't you think MIA would have told someone in the upper ranks about are order issues. Wait, I am sure tomorrow i will receive another canned rebuttal. Want to impress me. Have him personally call or even EM my wife.

What are the chances of that happening. Yep i agree. And don't you think they would just have to open their laptop and see all of our orders by my wifes EM account. See canned service, canned rebuttals. Should i have expected more??? Oh yeah we are dealing with a group of ppl who lie, cheat and steal ppls money. This company makes Osama Bin Laden look lime a boy scout. Any one wanna bet i get the same rebuttal tomorrow from the President of Emporium. We are so blessed to be Provided Excellent Service.

 Just called CS at emporium. And they hung up on me twice. When my wife called they said they do not have anyone by that name on their system. Funny when their motto is how can i help you with excelent service today. Well you could stsrt by not hanging up on me or my wife...
