EMusic.com OWES 80 dollars cancelled months ago~NO customer Support~!! Internet

Signed up in November for my free 30 day trial. Cancelled a week later when I realized they had no Good Music.....(ripoff 1)
March came and when I looked at my statement was pissed to see more charges from them. Called to cancel and was told to send an email by the automated lady.
Its now July and wouldnt you know they are STILL charging me!!!!!!!!!
Ive sent another email and filled out their online form this time I didnt leave out the choice words and phrases I had before!
I dont know what to do but thats 80 dollars that could go to iTunes where Ild actually get music I want and know!

I called 866-847-0719 and spoke with an agent who helped me.
I also emailed cancelme@emusic.com and got a response right away to cancel my account. I also logged into my account and was able to cancel the service. I e-mailed them to confirm it went through.
