Enature Redfield Charged to credit card without authorization or providing product Oklahoma and Florida

On July 18, 2018 I ordered samples of anti-aging facial and under eye creams. Cost of shipping was to be $4.99 and $4.98 respectively. Unfortunately the items were received during a wildfire evacuation and held by the post office until we returned on August 10, 2018. Both items were contained in the same package so WHY 2 shipping charges? After returning home and checking my credit card account I noted 2 charges that I could not identify. Each had a separate contact telephone number and location. When I called the first I discovered it related to both of the sample items I had received. I was told that a full amounts of $89.99 and $94.99 were charged as no cancellation was received within 14 days. This was never indicated on the website or inside the package received. I explained the circumstances and asked that the second charges be cancelled and reversed. I was told that my "membership" would be canceled but they could not reverse the charges. When I said I would return any subsequent unordered products unopened and would contest the charges he hung up. I contact my credit card company who placed a dispute on the account charges but i I was told that since I had done business with the company (the samples ordered) they could not consider them fraudulent. I have not yet received further information nor any other product. It could take up to 90 days to know whether anything will be done to credit these charges. On their website I see many low ratings, similar complaints to mine and statements that the creams DO NOT WORK.
