encanteskin.com DML Pure Eye Cream Did not make it clear that this was a subscription Internet

I ordered a sample of DML Pure Eye Cream (2 bottles) for $5.95 each. When I looked at my credit card statement today, I was shocked to see that not only had I been charged $5.95 each, but I had also been charged $99.01 and $98.71 for future shipments.  I immediately contested the charges on my credit card, and called Encanteskin to complain. They said that since I had checked the box "I agree," I am responsible for the $200 in charges. I told them that I had no intention of paying, and would refuse any further shipments from them.  Encanteskin said that regardless of whether or not I refused shipment, I would be charged the $200. and they would not relent on the matter. They did agree to discount the cream by 65%, but that is still too rich for my blood (I'm on social security). I just feel this subscription should have been made perfectly clear in the offering. There was no mention of it except in the "I agree" box that no one reads.
