Encore Financial Resources Inc. ripoff fraud Dallas Texas

i recieved a call from them and they said all the things that the other victims reported. they told me that i could change the date of auto debit of$145.00. I called them back three days prior to that day and a lady told me that i was missinformed and i told her the mans name and employee #. she said that he must have been new and that they where going to take the money and there was nothing i could do at this time exept they could refund the money at a later date.i new this was a scam at that point...... i told her i was going to the bank right now and withdrawing all my funds before they could. if i recall right she hung up and i was firious! i got in my car and went directly to my bank and withdrew all my money. a while later i recieved a collections bill from "cybercollect" for $165.00. They can kiss my "@$#" I hope the B.B.B takes them down! If not they can see me in court.....
