EncoreNation I was unable to work the job and gave 3 weeks noticed was informed I gave last minute notice. Internet

Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent questioning why I was removed from the system.  I had worked with this company for about 2 years.  I had enjoyed and worked well with the client's and was requested to come back on several events when they happened again the following year. 

Dear Mr. Hess,

I am writer you pertaining my account being removed from the system. I was scheduled for an event for 11/25/2011 when I found out that there was a change in my custody arraignment that required me to fly out the morning of the 25th. 

I have left a voice mail on 11/4/2011 to request to be removed from this booking on the emergency number. On November 18th, I received an e-mail requesting me to confirm this booking. 

This time I sent an e-mail once againinforming the booking agent that I would be unable to make this booking due to  obligation. I   found out later that I was removed because I had  canceled the booking at the last moment. I had called on November 4, 20 days before the booking.

I do not understand why I was removed from any future jobs with this establishment. Can you please let me know why this happened? I had made to my knowledge, all of my booking except 1 due to a kiddo with a 104 fever.  Please advice.

They falsely stated this as a response, canceling 20 days in advance is considered last minute:

At this time we will not be reinstating you.We have had more than one occurrence of you canceling last minute, issues, etc. and in turn, has left us with our promotions short staffed and clients unhappy.
