Energy Saving Solutions Peter Stein Energy Saving Solution Scam Using ripoff Sugar CRM Aventura, Internet

Things were going along well until we asked for support and information. Numerous telephone calls to Peter Stein in an effort to get this off the ground. We were geting suspicious when we were given evasive answers or were referred to his assistant with inadequate support.

We were sold for $470.00 a CRM with a monthly maintanance fee of $79.00 to import the leads we were bringing to the company. The CRM is used to import leads and export leads into WORD for mass mailings.

I called Sugar to get support for the CRM and they had no record of Energy Saving Solution in there system. Peters Steins name was on file for an inquiry only. Sugar asked me to open the CRM to determine which version I had purchased. That information was removed from the CRM. We then confronted Peter in a email. Once again passed it on to Kristy his office manager and administrator of the CRM. Her email response was that they were using a third party who changed the software code insiside the original Sugar CRM. The third party would not be disclosed. There was no support for the modified illegal CRM.

There were data problems that they would not fix. THe CRM should be able to import multiple files

Peter was informed of our immedite release from his contract do to fraud in a certified letter.
