Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. $12.95 CHARGED TO MY PHONE BILL WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION San Antonio Texas

My phone bill is close to the same amount every month. My July bill arrived with an extra $12.95 charge from "Rocket Communications" shown on page 2, but shown on page 1 as "Enhanced Services Billing Inc." This was unauthorized and not ordered. I have no idea what "services" they provide. By placing a search for Enhanced Services Billing Inc I learned that other people posted the same problem.

Calling the phone company is useless. They say they have to put through charges from anyone who sends them to AT&T.
Contacting Enhanced Billing Services is a runaround. I read about some people who were scammed larger amounts than I was and it tooks months to resolve. This is my first month dealing with this problem. I hope to get the charge removed. I plan to pay my phone bill, minus the $12.95 and dispute the charge from "Rocket Communications" aka "Enhanced Billing Services, Inc.
