I had not heard of this before until I received my latest phone bill. I called my phone company and was told I had to call ESB. Before my call, I googled the name and up popped all of these complaints. Reading them helped me when I placed my call to them. Of course they said they will credit my bill. We'll see..........
How can they keep doing this?
