I bought a car from eBay...It was located in Alabama and I live in NJ...eBay recommended a few different transport companies to get the car to me, the one I chose was uShip...
I provided uShip with information on pickup and delivery locations, contact info on the seller and myself and scheduling info...uShip quoted me at $965 (or so) and I paid them directly...As uShip is only a broker, not a trucking company, they farmed out my booking to Enterprise...
The girl at Enterprise, Rena, was a basket case and screwed everything up...She changed the pickup point of the car, contacted the wrong parties and utterly confused everything...Once straightened out and the truck was dispatched, she demanded more money...Because she demanded this WHILE THE CAR WAS BEING LOADED ON THE TRUCK, I felt that this was an unethical upcharge and in effect a way of extorting more money from the customer (me)...But because she threatened to cancel the transport and send the driver elsewhere, I paid...
After following up with eBay and uShip on this issue, I discovered that Rena's actions and up charges were, indeed not proper - the quoted amount (from uShip) included any and all fees...
The woman from this company, Rena, flat out RIPPED ME OFF...

Dear Lisa,
You went on a review from 2014 to leave a comment. By your own admission you were never a customer on your review or on this customers. Back in 2014, I was not as skilled at explaining the auto transport process to customers or to this customer. Also, working with Uship tied my hands as they charged the entire amount up front with no room for negotation. I have left the Uship.com platform for that reason even tho I carry a 4.9 rating out of 5 on the site.
Your allegation that I am the things you say I am have left me know choice but to seek an attorney. It can be proven you were never in fact a customer. Rip off Report tracks Ip addresses. My attorney will be filing a suit against you under the name Jane Doe. Once we supoena Rip off Report for your IP address we will then be changing our defamation suit to your name and sue for damages. You will no longer be anonymous. I am sure your my competitor and you do this to anyone who stands in your way. It is one thing to leave a review here if you were in fact a customer but you never were.
There was no customer named Lisa we booked with during the time you stated in your previous review. Furthermore, there was no order in the city you stated you needed your car transported from. The fact that you then went to find an old review to leave a comment on from more than 4 years ago leads my attorney and I to believe you are in fact my competitor. I have reasons to believe this because my company name is being used by the following companies who have created pages using my company name on their sites. When the customer ends up calling or getting a quote they do not reach me. They actually reach my competitor who then profits form my GOOD name. We are rated A+ by the BBB, We have a 5 star rating on Transportreviews.com and many other sites so by being good at our job we have made many enemies.

A1 Auto Transport who also is pretending to be us and has created a page pretending to be our company on his site and also stole over 200+ other companies names and created pages for them. An employee here when I called stated they were my company. They also told me they wanted to rape me and I was quote making them "hot" told me they dreamed of me performing oral sex on them. Pretty sure this is you.

Clearly, this is an attempt to defame me and I will not let this go. I am good person. Our company is not a gold coin to be loved by everyone but our company is liked by 90% of our customers.
The review you commented on from 2014 is from someone who booked on Uship.com. It is unfortunate but after he left this review I contacted him and asked him why he did all this considering I won all my disputes and proved he agred to the cost. He told me he lost his job. Had I known that I would have just given him the money and that offer is still open. In 2014, I wasnt as good at my job as I am now. I wasn't as good at explaining that auto transport brokers are like realtors. We cannot guarantee prices.
I could have done a better job explaing the $75 went to the driver not to me. There was no upcharge. I was simply trying to get his car moved and that was what the driver asked for =( We simply make offers on the customers behalf and if the driver does not accept he makes a counteroffer. There is no guarantee any driver will accept any offer. Furthermore, the drivers login to central dispatch. They sort the load board by price, weight and location. Only a driver knows if he has room on his truck for a car. There are 10+ different sizes of trucks which are all diffrent sizes and prices. When drivers login many times the price listed is not the right price for their size equipment. For this reason our job is extremely difficult. I wish in 2014 I had done a better job explaining that to this customer and this review has always bothered me even tho the review is in my favor.
As far as you go Lisa. The truth will come out. Have we been late sometimes getting a refund out to customer yes. Have we sometimes not been able to find a driver for a customer? Yes. You see Lisa I am not perfect I am not without mistakes however what you are doing trying to destroy my image is especially cruel. That is why I will not let this go. I could pay to push this report down to the 3rd page of google and it will go away but the anger I feel about your fake review made me get an attorney. For this reason, if it takes every dollar I have I will make sure you are made accountable and the truth that you were never my customer will be brought to light. It sad sites like this exist that anyone can write anything they want and destroy peoples families, careers, and cause them such mental stress without any proof whatsoever. I cried reading your fake review. I have many friends who own auto transport companies who also are victims of defamation online. I am not sure who you are but I pray to my god you will stop hurting others. I will pray for you.
I am attaching a copy of our BBB record where we are A+ rated. Also, I am attaching our Uship.com Reviews. We have a 4.9 out of 5 star rating and every customer there paid up front and is a real customer. A lie can travel half way around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes.

I wasn't the person who shipped with Enterprise Auto Transport, or the ones who left this review but I believe it to be true. Rena Anders is one of the worst in this industry, known for scamming people. See this other Enterprise Auto Transport review here.

This is from a customer named Chris Prinzivalli.
This is now the third time I have had to deal with this nonsense and its been going on for more than two months all over $75.00 The amount of time this person spends to go and do this baffles my mind especially when everything he says is a complete lie and it can be proved. Not only that because I am tired of being harrassed I am now going to make a page on my website and show all the emails to the customer, his responses along with his name. This person is a liar and here is why I will break it down point by point.
1) Customer stated this in his complaint: Uship is a broker
This is a lie Uship is not a Broker they are a third party site. They do not have a brokers liscense.
2) The girl at Enterprise was a basket case. Confused the pick up points and utterly confused everything.
This is a lie. We had ten days to pick up the customers car it was picked up in only a few. The customer put emailed us and asked "us" if the car was going to indy because the seller was an indy state trooper. I informed him no that i called the seller and he told us where the car was going. Do you really think I would give a driver the wrong information. We dispatched this order thru Uship. We didnt change any of the details. When we dispatched the car the we simply clicked a button and the information transferred over to the driver. I was not a basket case. I had this order on lock. I left to go on vacation and he called me at the airport screaming at me threatening me. Of course, I was stressed out at the point, getting on a plane to Morocco and would not have phone service for 16 hours. I had no choice but to handle his complaint at the airport which there was none it was him all in his head.
3) The customer was told in advance that we placed the car on the load board. A driver called us he said he would do it for $75.00 more. We contacted the customer and explained that we subcontract the work out. We explained that he did not have to pay the counteroffer and we could leave the car on the board until another driver called. The customer stated he would pay. We have this in writing. I will post it to our website this weekend. Furthermore, the next day he called me at the airport. He then stated he did not want to pay it. I said ok. Then I have to leave your car on the board. I cant make the driver taking your car for less so lets do that. He then screamed at me. I told him it was no problem the driver was not there yet but he was on his way and I better call him now. At that point he began screaming at me. He had me in tears. He said, "DO NOT CANCEL THE DRIVER" I REPEAT "DO NOT CANCEL THE DRIVER". I said no I am cancelling the driver. He kept yelling at me. I did not trust him so then I said fine if you want us to keep the driver then put it in writing. I knew I was dealing with someone who was not of a sane mind. This is why i asked for his answer in writing. I have copies. Again, I will post them on my site. I agreed to let him keep the driver. I sent him a bill to pay via paypal for $75.00 and he paid it. He paid it before the driver arrived. This is how we work. We would not dispatch the car unless it got paid.
4) After speaking with Ebay and Uship I discovered her actions were not proper.
Again, this is a lie. Uship has all the emails. I had my butt covered and if I did not do it proper they would kick me off the site. They are all about trust on Uship and I am a trustworthy company.
It should be noted that the customer lied and posted a bogus review about my company basicially stating the same information he did here. I am the one who is the victim here. He actually went to Paypal and filed a dispute on the $75.00 saying he never agreed to the charge and that we never shipped his car even though on Uship he stated his car was picked up within just a few days. He didnt even give a good rating to the driver either. Paypal did not go in his favor because I had all the emails to back up our conversation and his refund request was rejected. Also, pay pal now has him in their radar for credit card fraud and told me if he files a dispute like this again with another company he will have his paypal account suspended for fraud. Once that happened he then filed a complaint on transportreviews.com posting even more lies. Then when I replied and proved yet again he's lying he went on the BBB website and posted about me there. Once again another company sided with me and deemed that I did nothing wrong and had done my best to fix the situation. He has left many reviews about me saying I should kill myself and this that and the other. Again, the amount of time he has spent...I am talking hours is not normal for any person. I feel harrassed and stalked at this point.
I am one of the most well respected Auto Transport companies out there. I am ranked in the top 30 out of more than 600k companies on Uship. If I did not provide good service I would not be ranked so high. The $75 was not worth the amount of harrassment. Also, we shipped his car at a budget rate. Other companies were charging as high as $400 more. He got a good price, with a driver with good ratings. He got his car picked up not only on time but early and delivered 8 days earlier than promised.
If your a potential shipper and consider shipping with us we hope you will look at this and make a rational decision and know we are committed to shippers excellence. I am sure you can see how time consuming and frustating this is for our company. This persons name is now appearing all over google with our name so he does not realize everytime he does this he is actually destroying his own reputation creating seo under his own name which is potentially damaging to him as well.
