Enterprise Rental Cars Dropped my rental at car dealer after service and next day, Enterprise called and said there was damage to the rental. They were going to send a pic but never did, but took my $500 deductable and I have heard back since!were Butler and Parsippany New Jersey

Rented a car from Enterprise in Butler, and my car was being serviced in Booton.  18 days later, my car was finally complete and I brought the rental to the car dealer and left it there so that I could drive my car home.  The next day, Enterprise in Parsippany called (that is the nearest to the car dealer) and said there was damage to the rental car.  I said no there wasn't.  He said yes there is.  He told me he would send a picture, I never received it, but Enterprise already had my insurance company and deductable.  I guess they took it.  I did receive a check for $30.75 from a Damage Recovery Unit, Saint Louis MO, but there was a notation to call for info and when I did, it was after hours so I decided to long online and discovered this is part of Enterprise.  

I have rented cars from Enterprise in the past and never had a problem!  Their word, against mine with damages to a rental but I have no proof of any damage to the rental!  Why?  My $500+ for the rental plus Enterprise taking my 500 insurance deductable and not giving me proof that my car was damaged sometime after I dropped the car off at the car dealer is just wrong!  Enterprise claimed that I am responsible until a rep from Enterprise takes the car.  OK, I was not aware of that and I have rented Enterprise cars in the past and dropped them off at the car dealers location in the past!    Did damage occur to the rental after I got out of the car and prior to Enterprise picking it up?  I don't know!  I do not even know what the damage was!
