I dealt with these monsters on Saturday.  (See my report)  They called me again this morning refusing to accept that I did not want the product.  They turn what you said around on you, making it look as though it is your fault for not following through with the purchase.  Never mind that they put the sale thru before you agree!  Never mind that by agreeing with them about the need to take care of your septic system must mean you are agreeing to buy the product!  Extremely high pressure sales!  Worse than a used car salesman!  Even if you say no, they worm it so to make you think that the sale has been put through and cannot be stopped.  After all, you can try it for 30 days, they are not asking for money up front, so it is no skin off your back, right?  Wrong!  Don't fall for it!

You can stop the scheming sale! When the shipping dept. calls to verify your address, just cancel the order. It is the only way to get them off your back.  If you hang up on the salesman, they will send the product out to you with a bill.  If you try to send it back, good luck!

The salesman was rude, insulting and just a jackass.  I made the mistake of purchasing from this company several years ago.  Don't get sucked in!  They are leaches that will never let you go.  They call about once a year and make your day hell.  

Take some advice:  Stay Away from Environmental Products International.
