To start off, the people who work there make commition only, 99% of them which is why they are EXTREMELY pushy with the sales. Everyone who works there either has a high school diploma or are drop outs. They have a certain number of sales they must make each week or else they get fired so that is why they shove the products down peoples throats. "Environmental Products International" is NOT an international company. They include the "international" part because they sell their products to both Alaska and Hawaii. Other than that they are not out of the U.S.

Second of all, every one there except the "collections" department all use different names, they do this so when customers call in and ask to speak with the manager to file a complaint against the person, they dont get caught by the bosses. Also, if they claim that they are going to send you to "Collections" for not paying your bill, they're are COMPLETE liars! The company is too cheap to hire lawyers and send 50,000 customers or more who have not paid to collections (remember it costs money to send people to collections) Do not fear that your cedit will be ruined simply because you have not paid a stupid bill of $189.90.

Finally, when the shipping department calls you to "confirm the order", they aren't actually calling to confirm. No where in the speech do they ask you, "Are you sure you want us to send the product out to you?" What they do is, they call the customer up, they read back the address they have as well as the order, letting them know they will recieve the product within 3 to 5 business days. THAT IS NOT CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER. By you telling them that the address and order price is right, is what they consider "confirming the product."  Everyone is entitled to try the product for free, dont be fooled by the stupidity these people say on the phones. If you dont like it, simply do not pay for it. I have ordered from this company 5 times already just because i want them to waste their time and money on me, & each and every time I have called in to order; I have never paid a dime out of my pocket.

These people are complete scammers, Joe and Shawn are the brothers who run the business along with their sister Erin, who is the manager; all have money. I'm very shocked they do, and that the business is still up and running. They target the elderly and people who have disabilities.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
