EPASSPORTE THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIPOFF FALSE ADVERTISING Internet

I am a webmaster and I thought epassporte would be good to recieve online payments. I opened the account for $5 and it says The ePassporte Virtual Visa is a pre-paid, re-loadable Visa that can be used online anywhere Visa is accepted. Which is totally not true at all. I have had so many declines it is crazy. Then it is a hassle to be credited your money back from transactions from epassporte. If you cannot have the company which you tried to purchase something from fax epassporte with its company name on the letter head and all this other onfo. Epassporte will credit your account in 30 days. Thats only half of my problems.

So I figured I will order there $35 dollar card so I can at least withdraw the money. Now on the phone they tell me 10 to 14 days before they send it to you. Ok, 2 weeks afterward I still have not recieved my card and I call them. It turns into 14 business and if it doesnt come by then call us. I am saying for $35 I shouldnt have to wait that long. I waited and waited. Then I return them a call then they say They only send the card out when they recieve a certain amount of orders. So I tell them they are dealing with the wrong person todo bad business with. I have the copy of the email with the time and what actions I will take with them if my phone call is not returned. I was hung up on by epassporte, but there management blamed bad connections there. I stated to them I will report them to better business and I own over 30 websites and listed some of them in the email to show them I can put forth my story in many ways if need be. Then all I get is a sorry response in my account at 4:45 on a friday stating that they are contacting me because I have not activated my card yet and they may have to issue a new one.I ADVISE NO ONE TO USE THERE SERVIES
