EPI Inc. Preying on Elderly for Sales Fairview New Jersey

This company sent Activator 1000 which is a product they claim is used for septic systyems to an elderly, shut-in woman. This woman has dementia and does not use the telephone. The product was not ordered and arrived in a non-descript box which required opening to determine contents. Once opened, in order to return the item, there would be a shipping charge. When the company was contacted, there was an offer made to reimburse the shipping cost. The recipient of this box received an invoice with a bill containing coupons for payments.

The box will not be returned as this is a deliberate attempt to charge an unsuspecting customer for an unwanted item.
