LocalMILFSelfies.com posts profiles of supposed hookup matches that are marked as, for example, "Available In Keaau, Hawaii." Many are bogus profiles of people who do not exist. Their Terms of Service (accessible by clicking on the Online Cuties logo marking the profiles' status) state, "These profiles and interactions generated from them are clearly labelled with the Online Cuties logo: 
." As to the logo serving to "clearly label" the profiles as Online Cuties, that is subject to interpretation and opinion. As these are "fictitious" "fantasy profiles," and yet marked as "Available in Keaau, Hawaii," (HtRockinMilf, for example), is this not misleading or false advertising? Are they allowed to charge for such services in areas where the great majority of profiles are these Online Cuties?
