EPOCH Fraud, unauthorized charges to my Master Charge Marina Del Ray California

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I received several unauthorized charges on my Master Charge from Epoch. Epoch is the main company associated with KCSOFTLLC.COM, STOCKIMAGESPOT.COM, PL PROJECT COMPANY, AND CLEAR RIVER LLC. EPOCH BILLED ME FROM 2007 UNTIL NOW FOR $39.95 and $9.95 on an accunt that I do not use. EPOCH admitted the charges were unauthorized and they would credit my account only for 3 months.
I can not beleive these companies are in business and are getting away with the ripoff of this size.

Don't you bear the least responsibility for letting this go on for so long. Were you in a comma for all that time.
I hate Epoch, they owe me 300 dollars from 10 years ago when I was a merchant with them. But this is hardly their problem. Try reading a statement every 6 months or so 3 months if it's a debit card. These are the lengths of time that can be refunded on these cards if there is a problem.
I can't believe you announced to the world that you didn't notice for almost half a decade. Our educational system is really in the toilet.
