I sent my sdcard 1 month ago..light damage easy to be fixed according to what is explained in the website.
Problem 1 : the payment ..I am overseas and could not pay by cheque..i wanted to pay by visa card or by bank transfer.. no reply but "use paypal"..once the account created and active ..i paid..
Problem 2 : no feedback for a customer number or whatever..
I kept pushing to finally receive an email with the code only .. nothing else..days later, of course the basic recovery was uneficcient and advanced recovery was needed..
I asked the fees and so on.. no reply..and i kept pushing to get a reply .. they did not appreciate one of my comment and just replied " All best " .. so far it has been one month and situation is blocked.. they do not reply my emails,
Problem 3 : they do not even reply when i ask to send the sd card back ( which is according to their policies to be paid by me )
I tried to call them but their toll free phone is a joke .. you end up with a voice mail loop..
I am very disapointed by this individual ( oups..sorry, this company ) who is non professional, eager, .. i guess he is just a geek trying to make money .. How come they could have got the Helios satellite retrieving task ?
Positive point : my lost of money is only USD25 + USD35 ( DHL )

PS: I am in Hong Kong, sure we can find people doing the same job as good as them..anyone interested in setting up a competitor business ? this guy has a monopoly and abuse..

The fact that you recovered data for Nasa and Gov is mute. They have all of the consumers money to pay you big bucks. As far as your Consumer end of your buisness you treat us like second hand citizons. You answer the phone once out of 10 call and when the consumer lieves a message you never call back , you do not respond to emails.
I was hung up on when I finally got through and tried to call back and you would not pick up. You can fool some of consumers but not all

I have no information regarding your case file, or whom you interacted with here at eProvided. By "failing to provide information" I was referring to your reports here on Ripoff Report; you filed 2 reports with conflicting information making it impossible to use as reference. If you happen to still have a client ID I could use it to find the records.
It is irrational to critisize our service for not responding to your reports here sooner. The fact that we are taking considerable time to search the expanses of the internet so we can reach out to anyone who had bad experiences with us is rare even for businesses 100X our size. We take pride in our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau
Im not trying to discredit or disregard anything that happened during your interaction with us; Frankly I understand your frustrations, but since I didnt handle your case I cant say I have any direct personal knowledge of the situation. I can, however, say that problems will always arise, espicially in the small business world. No company is perfect, and if it offers any consolation, please try and accept this as a formal apology. The customer is always right.
We do, in fact, have an understanding of how critical the data recovery business is, and at this point I can say without a doubt that if you were to call our toll free number today during business hours someone would be there to offer support. We also have a live-chat feature on our website.
Communication and customer care are priority #1; if we ignored the importance of customer service we wouldn't still be in business for almost 11 years now.

At last, more than 1 year later, we finally have a reply from Eprovided !
I did not expect it anymore!
Such a delay for a simple reply proves that you have big issues with service and communication!
In order to establish the truth, at that time you did delete my account without any reason, never replied my email / inquiries and nobody ever picked up the hotline phone.
And please do not say I failed to provide any information ! I did gave them to you by email but nobody replied to me.
Regarding the cost, in your website we can find :
advanced recovery analysis is $95.00-$150.00, simple fix recoveries vary
by quote and are anywhere from $100.00-$450.00 - data delivery and
successful data recovery service costs in advanced recovery are
$150.00-$750.00 plus parts (8% of recovery fee)
I was inquiring you to know exactly how much as the range is quite big!!!
Afterwards, I recognize that geek was too much ( please accept my apologies for that ) but for the rest, as you cannot handle an order properly, I assume we need competitors to improve the service
You have to understand that data recovery is critical industry ( important data handled) and good communication with customer is a must !

First off, this Rip-off Report states:
