Very disapointed..

The story:

I sent a sd card to their offices to be fixed..according to their website, they can handle with 95% success such minor damaged sd cards.

Confident, I send the parcel and asked a bank account to pay ..( i am overseas ) ..Impossible , the only way is Paypal they said

Once the payment is done, no feedback, i send an email to confirm the payment and just a "thanks".. no customer number..i asked again and i received it later ( without a " hello " or " best regards" ..just the code..what a service )

Later I received the famous email every consummer might have received..the one where they say they care about us and our loss of data..they ask whether i want to try the advanced recovery because the simple did not work out. No more details ..

And it's now the things get worst .. no replies, no details.. i push .. under the pretext they do not like one of my sentences ( where i make the notice the pricing should be reasonnable according to the list of prices displayed in the website ) .. everything screw up..no more replies.. i pushed and kept asking details.. nothing ..so far it has been more than 1 week..they deleted my account, do not reply ..I told them i want the sdcard back : no reply.

It's pathetic to see such a way to work..may be they are good to retrieve data but if they cannot take care of customers..it;s useless..

So i do not recommand at all the services of that "company"
