Value city Furniture sold me the 7 year insurance in 2013 and did not honor it in 2014. said that the handles for my sectional were not covered. my chaise is in a reclined position and will not go back up.  Fairview Hieghts Illinois Illinois

 i paid $250.00 for the insurance ans $1,800.00 for the sectional. i am furious that they lied and said anything goes wrong with it within 7 years they would fix it or replace it.. that was a bold face lie!!!! i am disabled and believe they took advantage of me

I purchased a leather sectional from value city furniture in fairview Heights Illinois for $1800.00 They also sold me the 7 year insurance for $250.00. They said if anything goes wrong with the sectional they would fix it or replacing it. I called them and they didn't honor it. I am a disabled woman and believe i was taking advantage of. I would like a refund or a new sectional like promised. My chaise is in a reclined postition and will not go up.
