Empire Parking Services (EPS) has been known to rip people off. I got hit just the other week off of Andrew Young Int blvd. I parked at in a space that had a "2 hour limit, no permit parking" sign. When I came back to my car, only 30 mins later, I had 2 boots. The attendant agreed that the sign was misleading, but there wasn't anything that he could do about it. Had to pay the 75.00 to take the boot off.  I called the company and they said that they would investigate it but never did anything about it. No refund, nothing. If you do a search online, you will see a LOT of complaints of dirty business practices from this company. How in the world can they still conduct business?
