ordered trail offer, cancelled subscription before arrival by phone was told that the trail offer was shipped, when I received item to call to get a return RMA to mail item back . I called back to get the RMA to returned item unopen, never received it through the e-mail, next thing I know I'm being charged $197.76 total for the month they never cancel the shipped. my bank is looking into this scammed. By the way the order was place on 12/18/13 received order trail on 12/30/13. New charged 1/7/14 for the next shipped of $197.76

SDE*SKIDELIXEQUINOX I have been getting this order for years. When I called Yeats ago to cancel my order, the company lowered the price on one of the products, and canceled the other one for me. I am now retiring and this expense is a little over my budget, so I called to cancel and they can't find my account. After the fourth try, they told me to cancel it through my bank account.
