Equitable Acceptance They charged me $1500 to lower my student loans payments, they take money every month from me and nothing has been done or lowered and won't answer emails. This is through Navient Student Loans.

This is a second company through a another company that charges you $1500 to lower the payments of your student loan debt - which has not happened.......they use another company who tries to get your amount lower or put you in a different program - and no response from them either. They requested last two paychecks and tax forms - then was suppose to call and discuss what options I have - they have not - and this was months ago. I recently heard that Navient is now AES but the company has not informed me of that - they are taking monthly payments on top of my student loans.

I'm disgusted.
