Equity One Inc ripoff illegally signed my name to an home equity loan for a pool installed by Palmetto Pools Columbnia South Carolina

Equity One has illegally billed me for a pool that was incorrectly installed by Palmetto Pools in 2002. I have never signed any contract with Equity One for a pool. The pool company was told to come and pick up the pool, since they refused to do the job right.

I never did get a contract from Palmetto Pools stating that the pool was completed. Therefore, the contract was never closed.

I don't know how Equity One got authorization to signed my name on an Home Equity contract for the pool when I had never spoken to them. They are expecting me to pay for a pool that I didn"t get from them. I think they should go back to Palmetto Pools to collect their money.
